LUIS ENRIQUE “ERIC” T. MANGOSING
Chairman Emeritus
One of the pillars of the real estate industry, Eric has over 30 years of solid experience in corporate real estate, property development and general management.
Prior to heading JCVA, he held positions such as President and COO of Moldex Realty, as well as leadership roles with Regatta Properties, San Miguel Properties Philippines, Landev Corporation, Philam Properties Corporation and BDO Unibank and Myspace Properties.
He is a member of the Panel of Judges for the Philippines Property Awards and a member of the Rotary Club of Makati South Chapter. Eric has an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Santo Tomas and took postgraduate studies in Business Management and Economic Research from De La Salle University and Center for Research and Communication (CRC), respectively.
JASON ROMEO C. VALDERRAMA
President & CEO, Founder
Jason is a well-rounded real estate executive with over 14 years of solid experience in project development, project & construction management, leasing & asset management, property investment advisory and facilities & property management. He has vast exposure to the commercial, hospitality and residential sectors, from conceptualization to operations.
Before establishing JCVA, Jason held the following leadership positions:

Jason is a Registered Civil Engineer, Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP), Certified BERDE Professional, Master Project Manager, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) and holds Diplomas in Real Estate Management and Real Estate Finance. He graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, finished his Ateneo-Regis MBA Program from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and completed his Commercial Real Estate Program at Cornell University.
Jason placed 10th in the November 2006 Civil Engineering Licensure Exam in the Philippines with 95.45% rating. Jason is regarded as one of the top project managers in the country and is well known in the local real estate scene. He has so far successfully managed more than 700,000 sqms and PHP 25 billion worth of construction projects.
REYNALDO M. DELA CRUZ
Director & Head of High-rise Segment, Founder
An industry veteran, Rey has over 40 years of solid experience in the construction industry. With experience spanning residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality and industrial developments, he has delivered projects for listed real estate companies such as Ayala Land, SM Prime Holdings, Megaworld, Shang Properties and Eton Properties Philippines.
Prior to co-founding JCVA, Rey previously held executive positions with local companies such as BF Corp. as General Manager, The Expert Advantage Group as President, and Jose Aliling Construction Management as Area Manager. Rey is a licensed Civil Engineer and Sanitary Engineer and obtained his Civil Engineering degree from Mapua Institute of Technology.

JCVA is the local Project Management arm of Merx Construction Management, which has been operating since 2001. Merx provides professional project management, cost consultancy and construction management solutions within the corporate, retail, industrial and hospitality industries. Merx delivers quality services to its clients across a broad spectrum of construction projects, from fit out to new build projects.
Merx has been responsible for the planning, design, construction and management of millions of square feet of facilities throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Merx services regional geographical areas from strategically located and wholly owned offices in Singapore, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong; and via partners in Vietnam, Australia and now the Philippines.
Our partnership with Merx allows us take-on large-scale and high-profile projects focused on the hospitality, industrial and commercial sectors.
We are the project management arm of PRIME Philippines, a property consultancy and advisory company. PRIME was founded in 2013 and offers services such as Research and Advisory, Capital Markets & Investments, Valuation, Landlord & Tenant Representation and Hotel & Leisure Services.
PRIME is an award-winning and recognized leader in Philippine real estate, receiving the Real Estate Company of the Year in the 2019 Asia Leaders Awards. PRIME Philippines has successfully transacted over PHP 20 billion worth of deals and has serviced more than 4,000 clients.
JCVA together with its strategic partner, EDS, provide LEED and WELL consultancy for sustainable and wellness-focused designs.
Environmental Design Solutions [EDS] is a sustainability advisory firm focusing on the built environment. Since its inception in 2002, EDS has worked on over 250 green building and energy efficiency projects worldwide. The diverse milieu of its team of experts converges on climate change mitigation policies, energy efficient building design, building code development, energy efficiency policy development, energy simulation and green building certification.
JCVA is strategically allied with Metro Development Managers (MDMI), a local firm specializing in project development, highest and best use analysis, market studies, development consultancy and asset management. Our partnership with MDMI creates business synergy, knowledge and resource sharing, industry best practices and collaboration on opportunities which allows us to serve our clients better.
