SM Engineering Design and Development, Corp., the architectural and engineering arm of the SM Group, intends to expand their portfolio of mall and retail properties in Mindanao region by constructing SM City Tagum.
The new mall will sit on a 36,965-sqm lot with a total of 51,751 sqms of GFA.
SM Tagum will have 3 floors and a roof deck for parking.
The project is currently on the schematic design stage.
The Client intends to have the new mall ready by Q4 of 2025.
The Client engaged JCVA to manage the project from pre-construction until close out. They also intend to acquire QS services to assist in the financial aspect of the construction.
