Yes. JCVA supports projects across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and international markets. We arrange project teams, site attendance and senior oversight according to the agreed scope and location. Clients can engage us for individual developments or programmes involving multiple sites.
Ideally, you can engage JCVA before committing to a site, design or construction contract, when decisions have the greatest influence on cost, programme and risk. We can also join during design, procurement, construction or closeout. For an ongoing project, we first assess its status, records and outstanding issues, then recommend the controls and actions needed to move forward.
