The project involved a significant expansion totaling over 6,000 sqm for the largest e-commerce player in Southeast Asia (SEA). This expansion aimed to accommodate the company’s growing operations and enhance its logistical capabilities.
As part of the expansion, the (New Office And Home) space was developed while the existing headquarters in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) underwent extensive renovation. The goal was to create a cohesive and modern workspace that reflects the company’s innovative culture and supports its workforce effectively.
The project was successfully completed in Q2 of 2023, meeting all scheduled milestones and delivering a state-of-the-art office environment. This timeframe ensured minimal disruption to ongoing operations while maximizing efficiency in project execution.
