Empower, an international client, is expanding its operations by establishing a satellite office in the Philippines. The new office will encompass a substantial area of 5000 sqm.
JCVA will conduct technical due diligence for their shortlisted properties, budgetary costing, tendering for the contractors, and management of the whole construction until close-out.
Empower aims to achieve LEED Gold certification for their new office space. This involves integrating sustainable and energy-efficient practices in the design, construction, and operation of the office.
The goal is to have the office fully operational by Q1 of 2025. This requires efficient coordination and management to meet the tight deadline.
