Constructed a new headquarters and amenities building to enhance operational efficiency and employee well-being for MPTC.
The amenities included state-of-the-art facilities such as meeting rooms, recreational spaces, and dining areas to support day-to-day operations and employee comfort. And to complement the new headquarters for CALAX & CAVITEX units of MPIC.
NBA Standard Basketball Court were installed to promote employee fitness and recreation.
JCVA oversaw the entire construction process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Managed cost estimates and budget allocations throughout the project lifecycle. And provided expertise in sustainable building practices, resulting in LEED GOLD certification for the project.
Managed the project on behalf of MPTC, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
Project completed in Q2 of 2021.
