This modern structure will include a basement level dedicated to parking and essential building services, followed by 12 floors designed for residential use. The tower will culminate in a rooftop deck, offering amenities and a panoramic view for residents. With a comprehensive construction floor area (CFA) of 8,721.52 square meters, the development is designed to accommodate both residential living and select commercial spaces, providing a convenient and integrated lifestyle experience.
Currently in the Construction Phase, the project is focused on structural works, mechanical and electrical installations, and interior build-outs. The development aims to balance aesthetic appeal, structural integrity, and functional design to meet the needs of future occupants while maintaining high-quality construction standards. Target completion of Project is on September 2025.
