Project involves 2 entities, Agos Property One Inc. and Asuras Property One Inc. who are currently developing co-living properties within Makati.
Project will offer various unit configurations, each with ensuite bathrooms and shared common areas to accommodate tenant lifestyle preferences.
Arch Capital Management engaged JCVA as Project and Construction Management Consultant to oversee the design and construction of seven (7) sites which will be carried out per batch:
- Batch A – Legaspi and South Cembo
- Batch B – GS3 and Mapua
- Batch C – GN506, Priest and Mola
Client will onboard the A&E firm in July 2024, with a target duration of 12-16 weeks for the design to be completed.
Construction duration ranges from 9 to 15 months, depending on scale and site condition. Target completion of Batch A is in June 2025.
