Rehabilitation of the two (2) buildings. Building A with approximately 2,043 sqm across 5 floors of office space.
Building B with approximately 1,640 sqm across 2 floors; canteen area situated on the ground floor and dormitories for the employees on the second floor. The client wants to remodel the canteen and transform the sleeping quarters on the second floor into a server room with office space.
Client plans to add another floor on Building B that will house a full laboratory and office space with small storage.
A bridge will be constructed to connect Buildings A & B and their milling factory.
Architectural and Engineering Design of the buildings is expected to be finished in 6 months.
