A two-storey community mausoleum with roof deck to be built on a 1,020 sqm lot area inside the Manila Memorial Park.
The mausoleum is designed to serve as a dignified and serene resting place, catering to the needs of multiple families while incorporating modern amenities and thoughtful design elements.
The design includes provisions for a passenger elevator, ensuring accessibility and convenience for visitors of all ages and abilities.
The Project will be completed in 3 phases, with Phase 1 completion in 12 months, inclusive of preconstruction.
- Phase 1 – Core and shell works, ground floor interior fit-out, and second floor to be left bare only
- Phase 2 – Completion of second floor fit-out works
- Phase 3 – Roof deck
