Elesi Studios, is renovating an existing warehouse located in La Fuerza Plaza, Makati City for their Production House.
Client has signed the Contract of Lease last 17 August 2023.
Total space to be fitted-out is approx. 400 sqms, with a target budget at ~Php 25,000/sqms. Budget will be confirmed by the BOD.
A&E designer has yet to be appointed by the Client. Client will shortlist design firms and will ask them to pitch to the BOD.
Design documentation is expected to be completed as early as possible. Design phase should be faster than 3 months.
Client engaged JCVA to handle design management, statutory approvals compliance, construction management, handover to full close-out. The construction of this project was successfully completed in 2024.
