JCVA conducted Technical Due Diligence (TDD) activities for two properties located in Cavite, Philippines. TDD involves a comprehensive assessment of a property’s technical aspects to evaluate its condition, potential risks, and compliance with regulatory standards. This process helps stakeholders make informed decisions regarding investment, development, or acquisition.
1 x 4-ha property and 1 x 3 ha property.
The purpose of the Technical Due Diligence activities was to assess the feasibility of constructing build-to-suit warehouses on these properties. Build-to-suit refers to customized construction projects where properties are developed according to specific tenant requirements. In this case, the warehouses were tailored for Mr. DIY, a retail chain specializing in home improvement products.
