Engagement: Technical Due Diligence (TDD)

JCVA carried out a comprehensive Technical Due Diligence (TDD) on Xerox ITO’s real estate portfolio as part of the pre-acquisition process. This involved an in-depth assessment of the physical, structural, and operational conditions of the properties to identify any potential risks or issues that could impact the acquisition. JCVA examined key aspects such as building integrity, compliance with local regulations, and the state of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
The evaluation focused on leased premises situated across four key buildings: Two E-Com and Aseana One in Metro Manila, and Skyrise 1 and Skyrise Alpha in Cebu. The review ensured that each leased property met the company’s operational needs and aligned with future growth plans.
The Technical Due Diligence was successfully completed in 2015.
