The project involves the build-out of office space spanning a total area of 21,600 sqms distributed across 12 floors. This comprehensive office development aims to create a modern and functional workspace conducive to business operations.
(Phase 1) 4 floors of the office space were handed over in September 2022. And (Phase 2 and 3) comprising the remaining floors, were successfully turned over by December 2022.
The project’s total Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) amounted to US$ 35 million.
The project adopted a traditional procurement model, emphasizing sequential phases of design, tendering, and construction. This approach ensured systematic project execution, adherence to specifications, and effective cost management.
