FLOW Digital Infrastructure (the Client) and AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. launched A-FLOW Data Centers, a joint venture supporting digital growth and business expansion in the Philippines.
A-FLOW’s first data center facility is strategically located in Biñan, Laguna, with an approx. gross floor area of 14,398 sqms.
Development is initially targeting to accommodate 6MW ready for service by end of 2024. This will offer flexibility to cater client requirements and can ramp up to 36MW.
Client is seeking for a 3rd Party LEED Consultant to assist them in pursuing LEEDv4® Silver Certification. Role of the consultant will be supporting the team in the certification process, and provide guidance related to design and construction within the duration of the project.
