JCVA undertook the role of Project Management for Propel Manila, overseeing the comprehensive build-out of their new office space. This role encompassed strategic planning, procurement, construction oversight, and quality assurance to ensure the successful realization of Propel Manila’s workspace vision.
The office space build-out covered a total area of 344 sqms. This sizeable space was tailored to accommodate Propel Manila’s operational needs, fostering collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being within a conducive work environment.
Propel Manila engaged One/Zero as the Architect-of-Record (AOR) to conceptualize and design their new workspace.
The project was successfully completed and Propel Manila’s new office space went live in Q1 of 2024. This milestone marked the culmination of meticulous planning, design execution, and construction management efforts, facilitating a seamless transition to the enhanced workspace environment.
