This role includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Responsibilities typically include coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, as well as handling procurement, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
User is managing the construction and project management for showrooms spanning a total area of 600 sqm. These showrooms are for two local furniture distributors specializing in high-end products.
The showrooms showcase high-end European Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) brands. This includes furniture known for its quality craftsmanship, design aesthetics, and often luxurious materials.
