Architect-of-Record is EUDO. This includes ensuring that the design meets all building codes and regulations, coordinating with engineers and other consultants, and managing the construction documentation process.
Development has 2 levels plus a roof deck. CFA is around 600 sqm. The building will be used as a showroom for the Taylor Living and Oppein brands of Casa Bella Group.
Managing a project from start to close-out requires meticulous planning, coordination, and effective communication among all stakeholders involved, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Groundbreaking in February 2023 and grand opening in December 2023
