JCVA will be providing technical LEED Support and knowledge to Aboitiz Construction in the preparation of the tender documents for the YFC New Factory located in Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park.
The project is a factory compound consisting of the new factory building and a dormitory for the staff.
The factory building has an estimated floor area of 20,452.07 sqm and the dormitory has an estimated floor area of 1,833.60 sqm.
The project has an initial evaluation of LEED Gold which will be complied by the winning general contractor
