UP NIH is currently building a state-of-the-art and cutting-edge medical facility which will be the most advanced in the country once completed.
It will also be the first high-rise laboratory facility in the country with the tallest all-steel building structure using the special concentrically braced framing system.
Gross Floor Area (GFA) of the building is approximately 35,800 sqm.
The facility consists of a total of 19 floors each with their own special features.
The total cost of the project is estimated to be at PHP 2.5 billion, integrating ultramodern, resilient and sustainable design.
The Phase 1: Core & Shell works are now substantially complete while the tendering of the Phase 2: Priority Floors is still on-going
