Datem, Inc. has been awarded as the General Contractor, bringing its expertise in large-scale construction, while Aidea Philippines, Inc. serves as the Architect of Record (AOR) to ensure high-quality design and execution.
The project commenced in Q1 of 2023 and remains on track for completion. It is targeted for handover to the Client by Q1 of 2026, marking a significant milestone in its development.
