JCVA has undertaken the takeover project with Araneta City to manage the completion of Gateway Mall 2 and the Ibis Hotel, pivotal components of the mixed-use Gateway Square Development. This initiative aims to enhance Araneta City’s commercial and hospitality offerings, integrating seamlessly with existing landmarks and transportation hubs.
The project involves collaboration with renowned design consultants such as Aidea, SY2, NBF, RJ Calpo, among others. Their expertise ensures the integration of innovative design concepts, functional efficiency, and aesthetic appeal into Gateway Mall 2 and Ibis Hotel.
TLA is 12,000 sqm with a total Construction Floor Area of 123,643 sqms.
Set for completion within 2024, this timeline highlights JCVA’s commitment to meeting project deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring the facility is fully operational for both commercial and hospitality functions.
