Managing the project on behalf of the D&B contractor. Scope includes project & construction management. This role encompasses project and construction management responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of the project.
The retail store will occupy a total floor area of 1,600 sqms, encompassing retail space, back-of-house operations, and possibly amenities or customer service areas.
Construction activities for the retail store have already begun, indicating that the project is progressing towards completion. The retail store is set to include grocery and beauty stores among its offerings, with a planned opening scheduled for March 2022.
