  • Ms. S intends to construct their 3-storey private residence inside a village in QC, on sloping terrain, with a total construction floor area (CFA) of 2,100 sqms.
  • Features of the house include a basement, 7-car garage, outdoor swimming pool and gazebo, a koi pond, 6 bedrooms each with T&B and balcony, entertainment spaces and provision for solar panels.
  • Client engaged a D&B Contractor who covers some of the following major scope – structural works, elevator, STP, swimming pool, pond, A/C system, roofing. Interior fitout is excluded in their contract.
  • JCVA is the Structural Consultant on this project. The scope is to re-assess the structural component of the project to accommodate a new roofing design. Additionally, a Project Manager will be onboard to assist in the supervision of the works until handover which is targeted for December 2025
