Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., (Client), the infrastructure arm of one of the country’s largest and most successful conglomerates, Aboitiz Group, intends to occupy two (2) new office spaces in Makati City.
AIC will occupy an 805.77 sqm office space on the 7th floor of Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 while LLI (Lima Land, Inc.) will then take up a 179 sqm space on the 4th floor of Tower One & Exchange Plaza.
LLI (Lima Land, Inc.) operates under PEZA.
The Client will engage a Project Management team for assistance in move management, tendering for the contractors, and management of the whole construction until close-out.
The Client will pursue LEED & BERDE certification for their acquired space.
The Project will go for a traditional procurement model, Design and Build.
The Client targets the ATG Makati office to be up and running by June 1 of 2025
