  • The renovation involves updating several branches across the country. This initiative aims to modernize the branches, improve customer experience, and maintain a consistent brand image across all locations.
  • Typical floor plate size is 120 sqms. The renovation projects are expected to be completed within 1 to 2 months per branch, ensuring a swift turnaround to minimize disruption.
  • Renovation works and site activities will be conducted after hours to maintain regular operations.
  • JCVA began with eight sites around Manila. The branches in San Juan and Baclaran will undergo major renovations, possibly including significant structural changes, updates to interior layouts, and installation of new fixtures and technology. In contrast, branches in Manila will have minor repairs, focusing on aesthetic updates, maintenance, and minor functional improvements.
  • We are not currently working on 21 more sites in various stages of completion.
