  • Beeinfotech PH is currently in the process of developing their industrial complex in Bridgetowne, Pasig City.
  • The industrial complex is segmented into three (3) zones – Zone 1: Data Center (3-storey building with around 19,000sqm GFA), Zone 2: Energy Center (6-storey building with around 7,200sqm GFA) and Zone 3: Outdoor Pre-fabrication Station with 1,600sqm GFA.
  • The Project will be done in phases. Phase 1 includes Zone 1 and Zone 3. The works for Zone 2 will fall under Phase 2.
  • Currently, Zone 1 is in the retrofitting process of its structural members. The Client has indicated that it will be finished within the month and the MEPF works can then commence.
  • The Client engaged JCVA to provide assistance in the whole project, from initiation to close-out.
