Engagement: Technical Due Diligence (TDD)

JCVA was commissioned by Accenture Workplace to perform a thorough due diligence on buildings recommended by their commercial real estate broker.
This due diligence process involved a detailed evaluation of each recommended building, focusing on key factors such as structural integrity, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, building systems (including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing), and overall suitability for Accenture’s operational needs. The assessment was aimed at identifying any potential risks or issues that could impact Accenture’s decision to lease the properties.
Following the clearance from JCVA, Accenture chose to lease several floors in the buildings that had been vetted and approved.
The buildings included in the review were Cyberpark Tower 1, Filinvest Axis Tower 1, and Filinvest Cebu Cyberzone Tower 1.
The due diligence process was completed in two phases, in 2018 and 2019.
