The project features a fast-track fit-out approach, emphasizing rapid deployment and completion of interior construction and installation activities. This strategy ensures timely readiness for occupancy and operational use across all locations.
Managing more than 10 contracts per site is integral to the project’s execution. This includes coordination and oversight of various contractors and subcontractors responsible for different aspects of the fit-out and construction phases.
