The project involved the establishment of a new Headquarters for the largest local ride-hailing platform in the Philippines. This initiative aimed to create a centralized and modern workspace that supports operational efficiency and business growth.
The new headquarters is situated in Makati City, utilizing an existing warehouse space of over 2,000 sqms. This adaptive re-use approach transformed the industrial facility into a functional office environment suitable for corporate operations.
The adaptive re-use project was successfully completed in December 2022. This milestone marked the conclusion of major construction activities, ensuring the readiness of the headquarters for occupancy and operational use.
By January 2023, the project achieved full close-out status, encompassing finalization of variation orders and securing necessary permits. This stage ensured regulatory compliance and operational readiness without outstanding contractual obligations.
