The project involves the leasing of a newly acquired office space spanning 1,460.88 sqms, designated to accommodate two distinct clients of the Government of Canada. This initiative aims to provide tailored workspace solutions that meet specific operational needs and regulatory standards.
Selected approach to the project delivery is design-bid-build, the fit-out works will be carried out by a construction firm hired by the Landlord.
JCVA was engaged to facilitate the project’s compliance with the qualifications, standards, and requirements stipulated by the Government of Canada clients. This includes ensuring that the office space meets regulatory standards, operational specifications, and sustainability goals outlined by the clients.
