  • Ground to 3rd floor minor renovation/refurbishment within the showroom areas
  • Renovation of the ground to 4th level common areas (washrooms and lift lobbies, including the elevator cabs)
  • Full fit-out of the 4th level from bare shell condition
  • Pianne Lim Designs has been appointed as ID for the ground to 3rd floors as well as the common areas renovations. 
  • RED Interior Design took on the ID for the 4th floor build. 
  • Project was successfully completed on Q1 of 2024.
