Co Ban Kiat Hardware, Inc. embarked on a project to establish a café located on the roof deck of their Café + Bar Building, spanning more than 400 sqm.
This initiative aims to provide a unique dining experience while leveraging the building’s strategic location and expansive rooftop space.
This project exemplifies the integration of strategic planning, design innovation, and operational excellence in establishing a café that enhances the overall appeal and functionality of the Café + Bar Building’s roof deck area.
The renovation was completed, and the office space became fully operational in January 2023.
