• The new corporate headquarters of CWC International Corp. and CWC Real Estate is a modern and sophisticated facility designed to meet the needs of a dynamic corporate environment. The building comprises 6 basement levels and 6 above-ground floors, topped with a roof deck. The roof deck will feature a public restaurant, offering a unique dining experience and likely spectacular views.
• GFA is ~ 6,600 sqms, the headquarters provides ample space for offices and various corporate functions. The total project cost is around PHP 225 million, which includes the interior design fit-out, ensuring a high-quality finish throughout the building.
• The architectural design of the base building is by Aidea, a renowned firm known for its innovative and functional designs. The interior design (ID) is by Lor Calma & Partners, who are recognized for their elegant and cutting-edge interior solutions.
• The project was on schedule and was completed in May 2024.
