Nationwide roll-out commenced in October 2020
Total of 26 retail sites located in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao in various malls in the Philippines
Handled close coordination with different landlords/mall admins (ALI, SMPH, RLC and OCLP), design firm (Mañosa), general contractors and direct vendors of the 3rd telco
Store size ranges from 60-250 sqms
Each store was constructed within a schedule of 60 days, emphasizing efficiency in project management and construction to meet operational deadlines.
A total of 8 Project Managers were assigned full-time or seconded to manage the account, overseeing different aspects of the roll-out across multiple locations.
Initial VISMIN stores opened in April 2021; NCR stores opened in June 2021
Working closely with various stakeholders within DITO Telecommunity ensured alignment of retail strategy with overall business objectives and operational requirements.
