As the project manager overseeing venue readiness, the focus was on ensuring that all designated venues were fully prepared to host matches, events, and related activities associated with the World Cup.
Ensuring compliance involved detailed planning, inspections, and implementation of measures to enhance spectator experience, maintain player welfare, and uphold the integrity of the competition.
Made sure that the venues, including FOH and BOH, complied with the strict guidelines of FIBA.
