Approximately 400 square meters of space is allocated for the fit-out, accommodating essential operational areas and customer facilities.
Appointed as PM and CM to manage site build and procurement of OSM/OSE, including kitchen equipment
The fit-out construction phase spans approximately 3 to 4 months, emphasizing efficient project execution and adherence to scheduled milestones.
JCVA was engaged during the schematic design stage, collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate conceptual designs into detailed plans and specifications. This early involvement enables proactive decision-making, value engineering, and alignment of project goals with client expectations.
The Hapag Store fit-out project was successfully completed in October 2023.
