Johnson & Johnson (J&J) will be occupying four floors in Park Triangle Corporate Center-North Tower with a total approx. construction floor area of approx. 8,536 sqms.
For this project, JCVA is the assigned LEED Commissioining Agent (CxA) and Energy Modeller who will provide a complete MEP technical commissioning service – which fully satisfy the Owner’s Project Requirements, Basis of Design, relevant codes and standards, specifications and contract drawings.
We will also render our services as the Commissioning Manager to oversee all the installation and testing of all MEP, ELV, AV, IT & Security Systems to be installed in this facility.
Target Certification: LEED Gold ID+C
