The project encompasses a substantial 5-hectare property, featuring various components: Sortation Center: 21,600 sqm, Warehouse: 15,000 sqm, Office Space: 2,000 sqm.
A key feature of the project is the integration of state-of-the-art automated sortation equipment. This technology enhances operational efficiency and throughput within the facility, ensuring rapid and accurate processing of goods.
The facility boasts a sophisticated conveyor system spanning over 5 kilometers. This extensive system facilitates seamless movement of goods throughout the sorting and distribution processes, optimizing logistical operations.
JCVA was appointed as the Consultant for Project and Construction Management, as well as Quantity Surveying.
Completed in February 2023, inclusive of the Office Block. Completed also the office block and other facilities within the estate.
