LG Electronics undertook a new office project in Pasig City, involving the development of two floors (15th and 6th) with a total area of approximately 4,000 square meters to accommodate its growing operations.
The project aimed to enhance the work environment for employees and reflected LG’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the Philippines.
JCVA’s scope covered the validation of quantities based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), identification of any deviations, and quality checking of the contractor’s workmanship.
The project was completed in December 2024.
