The project involves the development of a warehouse facility spanning 3.4 hectares (34,000 sqms). This facility is designed to meet the logistical needs of the stakeholders involved, ensuring efficient storage and distribution operations.
This is a BTS project between RRWIC and Maersk.
Construction started in Q1 of 2024, with a targeted duration of 12 calendar months. This timeline aims to ensure timely completion and readiness for operational use.
The project is committed to achieving LEED Gold Certification, emphasizing sustainable building practices and environmental stewardship. This includes energy-efficient design, use of eco-friendly materials, and water conservation measures, aligning with global standards for green building certification.
The anticipated handover of the completed warehouse facility is scheduled for Q2 of 2025. This milestone marks the transition from construction completion to operational readiness, where Maersk can begin utilizing the facility to support its logistics operations effectively.
