  • JCVA undertook the extensive renovation management of over 100 McDonald’s company-owned and franchised stores located across the Philippines. This initiative aimed to enhance operational efficiency, modernize facilities, and elevate customer experience across the McDonald’s retail network.
  • Roll-out started in January 2022 and completed in Q3 of 2023
  • Entails close coordination with the Store Managers (Operations), Facilities Management and in-house Project Management team of McDonald’s
  • JCVA thus far has delivered and handed over more than 120+ completed stores to McDonald’s as of date
  • 6-12 Construction Management Officers assigned to the account on a monthly basis, depending on the volume The nationwide renovation project officially concluded with project close-out in Q4 of 2023.
