The project involved the development of a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility tailored to serve the Asia-Pacific (APAC) aviation market.
The project had a total development cost of US$ 25 million, allocated towards constructing and equipping the facility with advanced aviation maintenance capabilities.
Spanning 26,000 sqms, the facility is strategically located near the Clark International Airport, enhancing accessibility and operational efficiency for aviation clients.
Facility includes hanger, customer accommodation, storage, taxi-way, and parking ramp
JCVA provided comprehensive on-the-ground support to Merx, ensuring effective project oversight, coordination, and timely execution of construction activities.
The project was successfully completed in April 2021, meeting all established timelines and quality standards.
