12-story mixed-use building with roof deck and basement parking. Ground floor commercial space is dedicated to an ISUZU showroom.
Parking space will continue to span from levels 2 to 6, and typical office space will occupy the 7th to 12th floors.
The roof deck will be a multi-purpose hall and will house the HVAC system.
Lot area is ~ 2,000 sqms and an estimated 11,100sqm CFA.
Project started on November 2023 with the target completion on December 2026. Project duration is estimated at 36 months.
