Comprehensive renovation of the 15th Floor located at Rufino Pacific Plaza in Makati City. This involved extensive refurbishment and upgrade works to transform the space according to the project requirements.
One Zero Design Co. served as the Architect-of-Record for the renovation project. They were responsible for providing architectural design services, ensuring that the design met aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.
PM managed the entire process from design peer review, coordination with the BA, procurement of contracts, A&A works up until close-out.
The renovated office space on the 15th Floor of Rufino Pacific Plaza was completed and operational by January 2022. This milestone marked the successful completion of the renovation project, allowing the office to become fully functional and operational for its intended use.
