The project is located within the PNPA campus, covering a total land area of 2,000 sqms. The GFA of the facility being constructed is 504 sqms. This GFA includes all areas within the building, such as laboratories, offices, and support spaces.
Project with the DTRA and DILG, thru ENDEC Group
Will have a BSL3 laboratory. These facilities have stringent design and operational requirements to ensure containment and safety.
The entire project was successfully completed by February 2024. This indicates that all construction, installation of specialized equipment, and commissioning of the facility were finished within the specified timeline.
