This project involved a high-end corporate office fit-out covering 10,000 square meters in the heart of Makati, one of the premier business districts in the Philippines. The project was designed to create a sophisticated and functional workspace for a high-profile client.
Oversaw the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion. This included managing timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring quality control, and addressing any issues that arose during construction.
Provided detailed cost planning and control throughout the project.
The project had a capital expenditure (CAPEX) of US$ 10 million. This budget covered all aspects of the fit-out, including design, construction, materials, furniture, and move management services.
The project was successfully completed in the first quarter of 2019.
