The project encompassed a full renovation, transforming both interior and exterior spaces to meet modern living standards
The renovated house boasts a CFA of over 1,000 sqms, providing ample living space for the residents. And the property sits on a spacious lot of over 2,000 sqms, allowing for extensive outdoor areas and landscaping.
The renovation was completed in a timely manner, enabling the client to move into their newly renovated home in January 2023. This milestone marked the culmination of careful planning, design, and execution efforts to deliver a high-quality residential environment. Coordinated with the Village Association, Architect, GC and OSM vendors.
