The project entailed the comprehensive construction of a new residential property, emphasizing modern design elements, functional spaces, and structural integrity.
The project was successfully completed in November 2022, adhering to the scheduled timeline. This ensured timely delivery of the finished residence as planned.
JCVA managed the procurement of Owner-Supplied Materials (OSM) and Owner-Supplied Equipment (OSE), ensuring timely acquisition and integration into the construction process.
JCVA facilitated seamless coordination between the Architect of Record (AOR) and the Interior Designer (ID). This collaborative effort ensured design coherence, quality execution, and alignment with the client’s aesthetic and functional preferences.
