Project will be built within their plant in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
The project will be carried out in 2 phases which will be situated on a 2,600-sqm lot with a total Construction Floor Area is approx. 10,900 sqms.
The R&D Building will have 5 floors, with basement and roof deck levels. This will house offices, a demo kitchen, cold storages and food laboratories.
Phase 1 commenced in April 2024 while Phase 2, on the other hand, is currently at design development phase
